摘要
目的:评价上颌前牙区单个种植义齿的美学效果及患者主观满意度。方法:对2009-01—2011-12于同济大学口腔医院种植科行美学区单个种植义齿修复的患者进行回顾性研究。共30例患者30枚Straumann种植义齿纳入研究。种植义齿负载半年后,按一定标准拍摄口内照片,两位观察者用红色美学指数(pink esthetic score,PES)及白色美学指数(white esthetic score,WES)评估口内照片中种植体周软组织和义齿的各项得分。以视觉测量尺(visual analogscale,VAS)作为指标测量患者的主观满意度,分析PES值与WES值之间的关系及患者主观满意度与PES、WES之间的关系。结果:PES平均得分为10.08±1.68,WES平均得分为7.82±1.02。VAS值为6～10,平均得分为8.28±1.21。PES值与WES值存在显著正相关关系(r=0.57,P<0.001)。患者VAS与PES值和WES值均存在显著正相关关系(r=0.487,P<0.001;r=0.292,P=0.040)。结论:美学区单个种植义齿的修复能满足患者对美观的要求,种植体单冠的白色美学与红色美学相关,PES值、WES值可大体上反映患者对种植体周软组织及种植义齿美学效果的主观满意度。
Objectives： To evaluate the esthetic outcome and patient satisfaction associated with implant single crown in the anterior maxilla. Methods： 30 patients from January 2009 to December 2011 were retrospectively reviewed. 30 Straumann implants were inserted. After one and a half year follow-up, oral photographs were taken according to certain standards. Two observers assigned Pink Esthetic Scores （PES） and White Esthetic Scores （WES） values to the peri-implant soft tissue and implant denture in the photographs. A visual analog scale （VAS） was used to assess the level of patient satisfaction regarding the esthetic outcome. The correlations between the PES value and WES value, VAS and PES value, VAS and WES value, were calculated. Results： The （mean＋_SD） PES value and WES value were （10.0g＋1,68）, （7.82~ 1.02）, respectively. VAS value ranged from 6 to 10, whose （mean＋SD） was （8.28＋1.21）. The statistical analysis revealed significant positive correlations between the PES value and WES value, VAS and PES value, VAS and WES value （r=0.57, P〈O.001; r=0.487, P〈O.001; r=0.292, P=0.040, respectively）. Conclusions： The restoration of implant single crown in the esthetic area can satisfy patients＇ esthetic requisition. The white esthetic is related to the pink esthetic of implants. Objective criteria like PES and WES may reflect the patient＇s subjective opinion about the outcome of therapy.
