摘要
目的观察牙龈诱导在上颌前牙种植美学修复中的效果,对其临床应用效果做一个评估。方法在我科就诊的患者中,随机抽取了50例进行上颌前牙种植,在其术后两个月做临时冠修复诱导牙龈成形,再于四个月后做永久修复,最后再过三个月后进行复查;复查时统计患者龈乳头指数及其满意度来评估牙龈诱导临床应用上的效果。结果最后复查时,情况如下:龈乳头0度是0牙位,Ⅰ度是2牙位,Ⅱ度是13牙位,Ⅲ度是10牙位,Ⅳ度是0牙位,同时患者的满意度方面,其平均VAS(Visial Analogue Scale)值是90.5。结论牙龈诱导可以改善上颌前牙种植修复体的牙龈外形及其美学效果,具有重要意义上的临床价值。
Objective To observe the effect of gingival induction on aesthetic restoration of maxillary anterior teeth and evaluate its clinical effect. methods In our hospital patients, randomly selected 50 cases of dental implant in the anterior maxilla, in the two months after the operation for temporary crown induced gingival forming, and permanent repair in four months after the last three months after the review; review the statistics in patients with gingival papilla index and satisfaction evaluation on the clinical application of gingival inducing effect.Results Following the final review, 0 gingival papilla is 0 teeth, 2 teeth of first degree, second degree is 13 teeth, 10 teeth of III, IV degree is 0 teeth at the same time, patient satisfaction, the average VAS （Visial Analogue Scale） value is 90.5.Conclusion Gingival induction can improve the gingival shape and aesthetic effect of implant prosthesis in maxillary anterior teeth, and has important clinical value.
