摘要
目的分析即刻修复与延期修复对美学区种植体周围软组织的影响。方法选取2015年2月一2016年12月我院收治的美学区单牙齿缺损,缺失患者70例(70颗患牙),依据修复时间的不同分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组行延期修复,观察组行即刻修复,比较两组修复完成时对种植体周围软组织的主观满意度及不同时间点美学效果评分。结果观察组主观满意评分(除色泽外)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组修复完成时美学效果评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组1年后随访美学效果评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相对延期修复而言,即刻修复可以有效促进种植体周围软组织恢复,并且可以提高种植体周围组织美观度,患者易于接受。
Objective To analyze the effect of immediate and delayed repair on soft tissue around implants in aesthetic area.Methods From February 2015to December 2016,a total of 70patients (70 teeth)with single tooth defect or missing in aesthetic area were selected and divided into control group and observation group,35cases in each group according to different repair time.Delayed repair was performed in control group and immediate repair was performed in observation group.The subjective satisfaction on the soft tissue around the implant and the aesthetic effect scores at different time points were compared between two groups.Results The subjective satisfaction score (except color)in observation group was significantly higher than control group (P <0.05).The aesthetic effect score in observation group was significantly higher than control group (P <0.05),but there was no significant difference in the esthetic effect score between two groups after 1year follow-up (P >0.05).Conclusion Compared with delayed repair,immediate repair can effectively promote the recovery of soft tissue around the implant,and can improve the aesthetics of the surrounding tissue,which is easy for patients to accept.
