摘要
目的:寻找评价上颌前牙种植美学修复的方法。方法:选择30例上颌前牙种植患者随机分实验与对照组,应用双盲法、划卡法、满意度问卷等技术,评估种植修复的美学效果。结果:实验组种植修复美学效果优于对照组,且结果客观、稳定。结论:上颌前牙种植修复的美学评估方法简单,可行。
To find methods of evaluating esthetic results for the implant-support prostheses in the anterior maxilla. Methods： 30 adult patients with implant-support prostheses in the anterior maxilla were divided into two groups, experimented groups and controlled groups. The implant-support prosthetic and gingival is evaluated with double blindness/patient satisfaction. Results：The experimented groups of esthetic results of implant-support prostheses in the anterior are more than the controlled （p〈 0.01）; The new gingival surround dental implant are much more satisfied than the ones （p〈0.01）. Conclusion： The method which was evaluated esthetic results by using implant-support prostheses in the anterior maxilla, are predictable.
