摘要
目的通过对极固宁脱敏剂处理牙本质的扫描电镜观察,为其临床应用提供理论依据。方法将36颗离体牙随机分为6组,分别应用不同方法对牙本质表面进行处理,并运用扫描电镜观察牙本质表面、纵剖面的结构变化,探讨作用机制。结果牙本质经极固宁处理后,其表面牙本质小管开口被结晶状物质封闭,纵剖面牙本质小管内未见实质样物质。结论极固宁可以通过封闭牙本质小管脱敏。
Objective To evaluate the mechanism of dentinal desensitizer Green Or in protection of dental sensation. Methods Thirty-six teeth were divided into 6 groups (6 teeth/group) and treated with different method. Specimens were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). Results The SEM pictures showed that Green Or formed a uniform layer covering and occluded with crystalloid substances in dentinal tubules. Conclusion Green Or is effective on sealing dentine tubules for desensation of dental repair.
