摘要
目的:评价牙本质保护膜在烤瓷全冠预备后牙本质面的保护效果。方法:91例182颗经烤瓷全冠预备后的基牙,对两侧基牙进行随机分组,使用牙本质保护膜进行覆盖处理的为实验组,不做处理的作为对照组,10d后对比疗效,经过3-6个月再一次对比疗效。结果:术后第10d对其两颗基牙的敏感程度进行判定,有效率为97.8%;经过3-6个月的追踪观察再次判定,有效率为96.7%。两次疗效评定有效率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:牙本质保护膜用于烤瓷全冠牙体预备后牙本质面的保护处理,能明显降低基牙牙髓病变。
Objective： To evaluate the protective effect of dental adhesive resin cement on dentin surface after preparation for PFM.Methods： 182 abutments of 91 cases prepared for fixed bridge made by PFM,one was covered by dental adhesive resin cement,the other was without any treatment randomly.The effect was contrasted after 10 days and then contrasted again after 3-6 months.Then the results were analyzed using statistics software.Results： After 10 days,52 abutments was distinctly effective,37 abutments was effective 2abutments was invalid,the effective rate was 97.8%,after 3-6 months,23 abutments was distinctly effective,65 abutments was effective,3 abutments was invalid,the effective rate was96.7%.No significant difference between the effective rate.Conclusion： As protective method of dentin surface after preparation for PFM,using dental adhesive resin cement can decrease occurrence rate of endodontic lesion distinctly.
