精度加工技术在口腔种植美学修复中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :探讨口腔种植修复体精度加工的美学效果。方法 :18例38枚种植体精确模型制备 ,重建模型牙周关系 ,选择和调改基台 ,制作精度的贵金属基底冠 ,堆砌和烤制逼真的烤瓷冠 ,分别于修复后1月、6月、12月、24月通过放射学和临床观察 ,评价病人满意度、种植体周围状况和种植体松动度等。结果 :16例35枚种植修复体非常满意 ,2例3枚修复体颜色偏白 ,不够满意 ,8枚种植体基台菌斑和周围粘膜轻度淤血 ,2枚种植体颈部骨吸收达1mm(P<0.05)。结论 Objective:To study the esthetic effect of implant-retained prothesis on accuracy.Methods:38implants were undergone to plante the accurate model system,recontructe the peri-implant model,choose and change the abutment,manufacture the accuracies metal base crowm and perfect porcelain fused metal.The patient ap-proval,implant-retained prosthetic surroundings and the mobility were evaluated1,6,12,24months after prothetic treatment by the panoramic radiograph and clincial observation.Results:There were very good in35implant-retained prothesis.There were not enough satisfactory in3ones.The inflammation of the peri-im-plant gingiva were showed in8cases.Only2implants had bone loos to amount to1mm.The other implants had a stable bone situation at the reference point(P<0.05).Conclusion:The accurate implant-retained prothe-sis can acquire the good esthetic results with the long-term results.
