摘要
护理专业对在校学生的教育往往侧重于专业知识和技能的提高,而将护生的职业精神教育放到次要位置。随着临床上病人对护理质量要求的不断提高,以及优质护理的倡导,护士在工作中的职业精神对护理质量的影响显得尤为重要,因此护理人员的职业精神教育从在校学生开始抓起就显得非常有必要了。本文从护理专业学生的日常班级管理、护理专业课程学习、实习这三个方面如何进行护理职业精神教育这个问题进行了探讨。
