摘要
现代学徒制是企业和学校双方合作式的职业教育制度,它综合了学历职业教育和企业师傅带徒弟的优点,是一种理想的职业教育形式。力促招生与招工一体化,改革工学结合人才培养模式,推进校企互聘的师资队伍建设,制定与现代学徒制相适应的教学管理文件。通过分析现代学徒试点实施过程中遇到的困境,探索出了如何建立校企联合招生、联合培养、一体化育人的长效机制,改革了人才培养模式,提出了校企互聘互用的"双师型"师资队伍建设办法,制定了学徒培养的教学文件、管理制度及相关标准。
Modern apprenticeship is a kind of vocational education system based on the cooperation of the enterprise,and an ideal form of vocational education which combines the advantages of academic education and the apprenticeship. It is that the admission and the recruitment should be got together,the talent training mode of integrating should be reformed,the construction of teachers should be promoted and some teaching management files should be made to adapt to the modern apprenticeship. Based on the analysis of problems existing in the implementation process of modern apprentice,the paper explores ways on how to establish a long- term mechanism of joint admission and training between enterprises and colleges,put forward some methods to construct and employ the double- professional teachers and make the teaching files of apprenticeship training,management system and some standards.
