企业员工参与现代学徒制的可行性及策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 拥有庞大基数的企业员工具备强培训意愿,但现有职业教育使该群体在培训内容、培训时间、培训费用等方面存在诸多困境。对企业员工开展现代学徒制培养是解决上述困境并获得新人口红利的有效途径。企业员工现代学徒制培养是政府采购社会培训服务的一种特殊形式,应从多部门统筹、法律法规制定、多元资金投入、招生方式转变、培养内容充实、培养层次提升、评价机制引入等多角度完善培养策略。 The enterprise staff with huge base has a strong desire to be trained,but for this group,the existing vocational education has many difficulties in training content,training time and training cost.The modern apprenticeship of enterprise staff is an effective way to solve these difficulties and get the new demographic dividend.The modern apprenticeship of enterprise staff is a special form of the government procurement for migrant workers training,so the relevant strategies should be perfected from multiple angles,such as the multisector coordination,the formulation of law and regulations,diversified capital investment,the transformation of the way of recruiting students,the enrichment of the training content,the promotion of the training level and the introduction of the evaluation mechanism.
