摘要
针对目前温度和湿度对红茶发酵的影响和季节对红茶发酵的限制,设计了基于PID的智能化红茶发酵系统。该系统采用自动控制技术,使其能根据PID预设参数自动调控温度、湿度和空气交换流量,并实时显示在LCD彩屏上,实现对温度和湿度的精确调节,达到红茶发酵不受环境条件制约的目的。
In view of the influences of fermentation temperature and humidity on black tea and the seasonal restrictions to fermentation of black tea, an intelligent fermentation system of black tea based on PID was designed. Automatic control technology was adopted to automatically adjust and control the temperature, humidity and the flow of air exchange according to PID preset parameters, which were displayed on the LCD color screen to regulate the temperature and humidity accurately,so as to achieve the purpose of black tea fermentation not affected by any environmental conditions.
