摘要
中共中央明确提出要大力促进教育公平,其中农村英语基础教育就是一个重要方面。笔者以黑龙江省农村A、B两镇中学为例,认为当前中国农村英语基础教育存在诸多问题,比如师资队伍建设难以为继、生源萎缩且学生学习兴趣不足、硬件设施建设原始老旧。基于以上原因,笔者提出了三点措施建议,即提高对英语基础教育重要性的认识、大力发展经济并增加农村基础教育投入、调整政策制度并强化教育管理。
The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China puts forward that education equality should be promoted greatly.The paper takes A and B Rural Junior Middle Schools in Heilongjiang Province for instance,and we find out there remains many problems.For example,the shortage of teachers and students,the lack of learning interest and the old equipment.Therefore,the paper puts forward three suggestions.The first one is to raise the awareness of the importance of English primary education.The second one is to develop economy energetically and increase the input of primary education in rural areas.The last one is to adjust the policy and fortify the educational management.
