摘要
以Ca O-Mg O-Al2O3-SiO_2系玻璃为研究对象,采用N2保护气氛炉,通过石墨槽模拟浮法工艺锡槽环境,研究基础玻璃在不同温度和不同时间下的抛光过程。结果表明:钙镁铝硅玻璃在1120~1200℃温度范围内,样品最大渗锡量随温度的降低而减少,且在1140℃之后基本保持不变。与钠钙硅浮法玻璃进行对比,结合粘度-温度曲线,确定钙镁铝硅玻璃合适的浮抛温度为1160℃。钙镁铝硅玻璃在1160℃时于锡液上停留4 min,平衡厚度达到8.25mm,且其平衡厚度大于钠钙硅玻璃的平衡厚度,钙镁铝硅玻璃最佳浮抛制度为浮抛温度1160℃,浮抛时间4 min,为钙镁铝硅系微晶玻璃的浮法生产提供理论依据。
In this paper CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass was chosen as the research sample. process with the minitype graphite tin bath and furnace of N2 shielding gas was simulated. process of basic glass at different temperature and time were investigated. The results The float glass The polishing show that tin penetration of CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass reduces with lower temperature during 1200-1120 ℃. But there is a kind of phenomenon, when the temperature is lower than 1140 ℃, the content remain. Compared with Na2O-CaO-SiO2 float glass and combining with the viscosity-temperature curve to determine that suitable floating temperature of CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass is 1160 ℃. When CaO-MgO- Al2O3 -SiO2 glass stays 4 min on the tin fluid, equilibrium thickness is 8.25 mm, and it greater than the equilibrium thickness of Na20-CaO-SiO2 glass. Preliminary determining the best polishing system of CaO- MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass is remaining 4 min at 1160 ℃. Providing theoretical basis for producing CaO-MgO- Al2O3-SiO2 glass-ceramic.
