Phlogopite glass ceramics can be made by powder sintering technology. This paper now studies the factors which affect properties of the sintered phlogopite glass ceramic by X-ray diffraction in qualitative and quantitative way, and discusses the method improved the machinable properties of phlogopite glass ceramic.
