摘要
以Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2系玻璃为研究对象,采用N2保护气氛炉,通过石墨小锡槽实验模拟浮法工艺锡槽环境,研究基础玻璃在此温度范围内析晶情况以及与锡在高温下的反应情况,分别探讨Li2O含量、温度和时间对上述2点的影响。
In this paper Li2O-A12O3-SiO2 glass is chosen as the research sample.Simulating the float glass process with the minitype graphite tin bath and furnace of N2 shielding gas,the crystallization and tin penetration of the Li2O-A12O3-SiO2 glass are investigated.The influence of Li2O content,temperature and timing to the crystallization and tin penetration are probed into respectively.
