摘要
新闻服务始于2000年悉尼奥运会,其工作语言为英语。但为服务本地媒体,在中国举办的大型体育赛事里,新闻服务提供中英双语的素材。在其中,新闻服务的稿件便涉及到翻译。为提升新闻服务中翻译质量,向记者提供合格的新闻素材,本论文首先从新闻服务及翻译的关系入手,通过对内涵、本质、发展的历史的阐述,论证翻译工作的必要性和重要性;然后通过介绍新闻服务的文体及对应的翻译体和新闻服务中翻译原则,阐述合格的新闻服务翻译所需具备的基本样式和文体格式,为规范新闻服务翻译工作提供一个参考。
News service,started in 2000 Sydney Olympic Games,is officially launched in English. To serve local media,news service has provided bilingual materials（ Chinese English） in major sports events that were held in China and this has come to the issue of translating news service. In order to improve translation quality of news service and provide qualified news materials to journalists,the paper starts from the relation between news service and translation. By expounding the connotation,essence and development history,the paper proves the necessity and importance of translation work. Then the paper explains basic literary style for qualified news service translation through introducing literary style of news service,corresponding translation style and translation principle in news service to provide reference for standard news service translation.
