摘要
本文对新产品开发项目成本、激励成本、知识转移量与工期等概念及其关系进行界定;构建了考虑知识转移的新产品开发项目工期—成本多目标调度模型;提出了基于优先规则的多属性决策方法;对实例给出三种知识转移激励成本方案,利用本文所提方法对不同激励成本下的项目调度方案进行偏好排序,并做出最小化工期和成本的项目调度和激励决策。
Managing knowledge transfer in NPD projects effectively to reduce project risk and boost profits has been an urgent issue to project managers. This paper defines concepts of NPD project cost,incentive cost,the amount of knowledge transfer,the duration and their relationship. It constructs a time-cost model of multi-objective scheduling by taking into the knowledge transfer of NPD projects consideration. In the end,it offers three proposals for incentive costs,runs a preference ordering on scheduling proposals for various incentive costs by applying approaches mentioned,and makes a minimum duration,cost scheduling and incentive decision.
