摘要
针对隐性知识的特征及其传播的特点,建立了组织间隐性知识转移的微分动力学模型。在此基础上,分析了主要参数对组织间隐性知识转移的影响,指出了一些改进隐性知识转移效果的途径,并探讨了模型的管理学意义。本文所给模型不仅揭示了组织间隐性知识转移的规律,而且为实践中有效地促进和控制隐性知识的转移提供了指导和建议。
According to the definition of tacit knowledge and characteristics of its transfer, a differential dynamic model is established for describing tacit knowledge transfer between organizations. Furthermore, the main parameters influencing the solution of the transfer proce~ are analyzed and some approaches to improve the efficiency of the tacit knowledge transfer are put forward. The management implication of this model is also illuminated. The model proposed in this paper not only depicts the transfer law of the tacit knowledge between organizations, but also gives some guidance and suggestions for effectively promoting and controlling the tacit knowledge transfer in practice.
