摘要
通过对我国部分地区的319家拥有质量管理实践经验的企业进行实证研究,证实了中国情景下质量管理实践模型与美国国家质量奖模型的框架有着较好的一致性,同时揭示出存在部分特殊性;通过对制造业和服务业的比较分析,得出社会责任、新产品和服务设计、检验检测设备三项措施的应用水平存在着统计意义上的差异;在不同组织规模的比较分析中得出了质量信息的收集分析与处置、关注员工满意、部门和员工间的交流沟通三项措施的应用水平存在着统计意义上的差异。
In this paper, through an empirical research on a sample of 319 firms with the experience of the quality management practice (QMP) in China, it is verified that although QMP construct in China is congruent with the MBNQA in most aspects, some differences exist between the two models. Based on the comparison between the manufacture industry and application industry, it is concluded that there exists significant statistical difference among the application levels of the social responsibility, the new product and design of the service, and the inspection instrument. Furthermore, on the comparison of the different organization size, another statistical difference of application level has been discovered among three managerial measures, namely the gathering and analyzing of the quality information, attention to the employees'satisfaction, and the communication of the employees between departments.
