摘要
PCB数控钻床直线电机进给工作台的力学特性是影响加工精度的主要因素之一,对机床的精度和效率有直接的影响。基于此,将直线电机和工作台作为一体化结构,利用有限元法对直线电机进给工作台进行静力学和动力学分析。得出工作台的最大变形量位置及影响加工精度的因素。根据分析结果,为工作台结构进一步的改进提供了依据。
The mechanical properties of linear motor feed worktable is one of the main factors affecting the machining accuracy. It has directly influenced on the PCB NC drilling machine's precision and efficiency. By using finite element method for linear feed workbench, this paper goes on statics analysis and dynamic analysis. It have got the maximum deformation position of table and the factors influencing machining accuracy. It has the significance value of engineering application to provide a theoretical basis for the worktable.
