摘要 以六钻头龙门式PCB数控钻床工作台部分为研究对象,应用SolidWorks软件建立其三维模型,通过ADAMS软件建立工作台部分的刚柔混合模型并进行仿真分析,发现了工作台支撑板对系统的动态特性影响较大.因此,要提高工作台部分运动过程中的定位精度,有效的方法是对支撑板进行拓扑优化,利用ANSYS软件的拓扑优化模块,在保证刚度的基础上,尽可能减少其质量,改进原有的支撑板结构,提高工作台进给系统的动态特性. Taking the six bit gantry PCB NC drilling machine working table as the research object,the three-dimensional model is established by using SolidWorks software.The rigid and flexible mixing model of the table is established by ADAMS software,and the dynamic analysis of the table support board is carried out.Therefore,to improve the positioning accuracy of the part of the work process,the effective method is to optimize the topology of the support plate.By using the topology optimization module of ANSYS software,on the basis of the guaranteed rigidity,the quality is reduced as much as possible.The original support plate structure and the work table feed system dynamic characteristics are improved.
