摘要
本文根据印制电路板数控钻床高精度、短行程、高速进给微小孔加工的特点,对印制电路板数控钻床的精度影响因素作了较为全面的分析,其中,既有影响机床精度的因素,如定位精度、动态特性、主轴动态精度与刚性,又有影响实际加工精度的因素,如工艺参数、刀具、工装的合理选择等。只有全面认识和了解精度影响因素,才能找到正确提高和控制精度的方法和措施,才能适应和满足PCB高密度、多层、小型化的发展求。本文在具体理论分析的基础上,并用实验验证,因此对全面提高数控钻床的精度具有较强的实际指导作用。
Based on characters of the high accuracy, short runs and high speed feeding of drilling micro-hole, thefactors influencing PCB NC drilling machines accuracy are well analyzed including the factors of influencing themachine accuracy such as accuracy of position, dynamic characters, dynamic accuracy and rigid of the spindle, and thefactors of influencing drilling micro-hole such as the rationality of processing parameters, drill and clamping. Aftercompletely knowing the factors, the methods and measures that increasing and controlling accuracy are found tosatisfy the demand of PCB high density, multilayer and minimum development. This paper is built on the theoriesanalysis and verified by experiments. So there is the stronger actual guidance for completely increasing PCB NC drillingmachines accuracy.
