摘要
以典型的斜度零件为例,分析了斜度的形状特点,阐述了B类宏程序的应用方法、程序编制工艺路线的制定原则、刀偏的计算方法等,对斜度进行了程序编制,为斜度的合理加工提供了依据。
Setting the typical slope parts as examples, the characteristics of slope form is analyzed, and the application method of B type macroprogram, the formulate principle of programming process, the calculation methods for cutter deviation are ex- pounded in this paper, finally the programming is proceeded to slope, thus a basis for the rational processing of slope is sup- plied.
