摘要
介绍一种新型复合高速伺服进给工作台的驱动结构和控制方法。伺服电动机通过滚珠丝杠副驱动控制进给工作台的进给移动定位,控制进给移动定位精度;但在进给工作台与滑板之间又加装一套由油缸伺服驱动的辅助液压控制系统。两套伺服驱动控制系统之间通过相互的协调控制,将改善滚珠丝杠副在高速进给运动中的受力和磨损情况,进而提高滚珠丝杠副进给定位精度。
This article describes the platform' s drive mechanisms and control methods which is a new type of composite high-speed servo driver platform. The servo motor drives and controls the feed table' s location and its positioning accuracy by the ball screw assembly; and it adds a set of auxiliary hydraulic control system drived by servo tank between the slide platform and the feeding table. By coordinating and controlling mutually between the two drive sets, it will improve the ball screw' s stress situation and wear situation in the case of high-speed feeding movement, and then improve its feed positioning accuracy.
