摘要
利用AMESim的批处理功能,分别设置前置放大器增益、伺服阀频率和阻尼比、液压缸死区油量及溢流阀的有无,对某位置控制系统的动态跟踪误差和稳态误差进行定性分析。结果表明:AMESim能很好地模拟闭环控制系统的动态特性,选择合适的参数,才能保证整个系统性能良好。
Using the batch processing function of AMESim, setting preamplifier gain, damping ratio and frequency of servo valve, dead oil amount of the hydraulic cylinder and the existence of relief valve respectively, dynamic tracking error and steady-state error of the typical position control system were analyzed. The results show that appropriate parameters are very important to system performance. AMESim can commendably simulate the dynamic behaviour of closed-loop control system.
