摘要
轴承压装机是行星轮减速机装配线的配套设备,其主要用途是采用冷压方式将轴承压装到减速机内。介绍轴承压装的工艺过程和工作原理,计算轴承压装力,采用AMESim软件对压装机的液压系统进行仿真,得出系统压装部分的动态特性曲线。分析影响液压系统动态特性的主要参数,对压装机的系统设计和参数优化具有借鉴意义。
Machine for assembling roller bearing is the equipment of planetary gear reducer, which is used to assemble the roller bearing to reducer by cold-pressuring way. The process and working principle of bearing assembling was introduced, the bearing press-mounting strength was calculated. The hydraulic system of the machine for assembling roller bearings was simulated by using AMESim and dynamic characteristic curves of the system for press-mounting were obtained. The main parameters of the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system were analyzed, which has referential significance to the system design of machine for assembling roller bearing and parameter optimization.
