摘要
围绕中医全科本科人才培养模式的改革方案展开论述,通过人才培养目标的确定、人才培养方案修订、重构课程体系、整合实践教学体系、完善质量评价体系以上几个方面的改革,构建一个较为完善的中医全科医学人才培养方案。以全面提高中医全科本科人才的培养质量,培养出能够面向基层,能够运用中医全科医学的基本原则从事中医临床医疗的应用型人才。
Arounding the general undergraduate course personnel training mode reform of traditional Chinese medicine, a more per-fect the talent training scheme in general medicine of traditional Chinese medicine was built by personnel training target, revision of the talent training scheme, course system, restructure practice teaching system, perfecting the quality evaluation system of the above several aspects of reform to improve the general undergraduate talents training quality of traditional Chinese medicine, to cultivate a face at the grass-roots level and to use the basic principles of general medicine of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical medical applied talents of traditional Chinese medicine.
