摘要
目的 了解北京市城市社区全科医疗门诊 2型糖尿病患者依从性现状及其对病情控制的影响 ,以便有针对性地开展全科医疗服务。方法 自设问卷调查北京市方庄地区 5个全科医疗诊所中于 2 0 0 3年 5月间就诊的、已确诊的 2型糖尿病患者 2 0 5例 ;并结合病历查阅与回顾。结果 糖尿病患者依从性好的为 4 7 3% ,有 5 2 7%的患者不能很好地遵医嘱 ;依从性好的患者疾病控制情况明显好于依从性差者 (χ2 =71 977,P <0 0 0 0 1)。结论 糖尿病患者依从性的好坏与其病情控制密切相关 ;提高患者依从性是社区层面有效管理糖尿病的重要手段 ,全科医生应给予足够重视。
Objective To investigate and evaluate the status of compliance,the relationship between the condition's control and the status of compliance of patients with type 2 diabetes encountered by Clinic of General Practice/Family Medicine(GP/FM)in Urban Community in Beijing in order to provide medical service to the diabetic patienst pertinently.Methods A survey was done in 5 clinics of General Practice in Fangzhuang Community in Beijing. All diagnosed Type 2 diabetic patients seen from May 8th to May 31st in 2002 were recruited. There were 205 diabetic patients totally selected to respond the questionnaire. Medical record and review had also been used in this research.Results 43.7% of the diabetic patients had good compliance, 52.7% could not obey doctor's medical order. The status of condition's control of the patients with good compliance is obviously better than the patients with poor one(χ 2=71.977,P<0.0001).Conclusion Better or poorer compliance of diabetic patients is closely related to the level of the condition's control. Promoting the patients' compliance is an important method for diabetic patients' management in community level. General practitioners/Family physicians should pay more attention to that.
