摘要 作为国家高水平人才培养重要基地的农林高校,要积极适应国家创新驱动发展战略的新要求,从传统的产学研结合向政产学研用一体化办学拓展,发挥行业资源优势、特色学科优势、行业影响力优势,提升农林高校创新能力。基于北京林业大学的探索实践,高校在推进政产学研用一体化办学模式的改革进程中,应该使政产学研用涉及的主体之间形成有效的、可持续的、互惠共赢的有机关系;建立调动多元主体资源统筹和有效配置的协同创新资源保障机制;推动政产学研用一体化平台建设与管理实体化、产业化,提高评价考核的科学水平。 Agricultural and forestry universities,as an important base for cultivating high- gear talents for the state,should meet the new needs of national innovation development strategy. The traditional teaching model that combines industries,universities and researches should be expanded to the model of policy- industry- university- research- need integration. The latter aims to take advantages of industry resources,characteristic academic discipline advantages,as well as industry influence to improve the innovation ability of agricultural and forestry universities. In recent years,Beijing Forestry University has practiced the policy- industry- university-research- need integration in multiple dimensions,and drawn the conclusions that the main entities of in the above five elements integration should be related to each other on the basis of effectiveness,sustainability,and mutual benefit,the collaborative innovative resource guarantee system of holistically planning and effectively configuring multiple entity resources should be set up,and the construction,substantial management,production-involvement,and scientific appraisal of the policy- industry- university- research- need integration platform should be enhanced.
