摘要
高等教育已经进入大众化阶段,形成自身特色日益成为地方高校生存与发展的紧迫战略任务。目前,某些地方高校对特色大学的概念、内涵特质认识不清,导致在发展过程中迷失方向、陷入困境。应该在进一步厘清办学思路和规律的基础上,着力做好办学理念创新、学科和师资建设、体制机制改革、大学文化培育等方面工作,彰显特色,更好地满足国家对培养多层次、多规格、多类型高级专门人才的需要。
Higher education has entered the stage of popularization.It is an urgent strategic task for the survival and development of local colleges and universities to form their own characteristics in the construction path.At present,many local universities still don’t know the concept,connotation and peculiarity of universities with characteristics,resulting in losing the direction and getting into trouble in the process of development.To build high-level local characteristic universities,it is necessary to focus on the innovation of school running concept,the construction of disciplines and teachers,the reform of system and mechanism,the cultivation of university culture on the basis of further clarifying the ideas and rules of running a school,so that local universities can show their characteristics and better meet the needs of the country for training multi-level,multi-specification and multi-type senior specialized personnel.
