摘要
新中国成立以来,我国特殊教育的发展经历了较大的变化。特教对象从最初单一的盲童、聋童,到今天已经扩大到包括听障、视障和智障、自闭症、脑瘫以及多重障碍等多类型、多程度的特殊教育需要儿童。特殊教育对象的变化意味着其教育需求变化。这些变化正引导着特殊教育从复制普教的重"教育",到重"教育与训练"再到重"教育与康复"的嬗变。
Since the founding of the PRC, the development of special education in China has experienced great changes. Special-education object today has been expanded from the original single blind, deaf children to including hearing impaired, visually impaired and intellectual disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities such multi-type, degree of children with special education needs. The change of object means the change of their education demand. It is these changes that lead special education develop from the replication of general education which is Education Matters Mode to Education and Training Matters Mode then to Education and Rehabilitation Matters Mode.
