摘要
采用实验法和问卷调查等研究方法,对聋哑儿童进行"身体接触类"体育游戏干预研究。结果发现,聋哑儿童心理健康状况总体欠佳,普遍存在对人焦虑、孤独倾向和冲动倾向症状;体育活动促进聋哑儿童的心理健康;"身体接触类"体育游戏对聋哑儿童心理健康的促进效果更佳,其中对孤独倾向和对人焦虑的作用非常显著。多关爱聋哑儿童的心理健康,积极推广"身体接触类"体育游戏,将体育游戏作为促进聋生心理健康的重要辅助手段。
Using experimental methods and questionnaires to study deaf-mute children with physical contact sports games, the results showed that the mental health of deaf-mute children was generally unsatisfactory, and the symptoms of anxiety, loneliness and impulsive tendencies were generally present. Sports activities promote deaf-mute children's mental health; "physical contact" sports games have a better effect on promoting deaf-mute children's mental health. Among them, the effects on loneliness and anxiety are very significant. Recommendations: To care for the mental health of deaf children; To actively promote "physical contact" sports games; To use sports games as an important auxiliary means to promote deaf mental health.
