摘要
特殊教育学校是特殊教育发展的骨干,也是全面普及特殊教育的重要保障。新中国特殊教育学校的发展经历了探索发展、快速发展和内涵式发展三个重要阶段,取得了丰富的发展成果。目前,我国特殊教育学校发展正面临学校安置与融合教育理念、高经费投入与相对较小的服务输出、生源结构日趋复杂和教师专业素养、学校的独立法人资格与功能定位之间等矛盾。在新时代,特殊教育学校的发展将以内涵发展、高质量发展为目标,以尊重学生差异、发展特色校园文化为途径,以提供教育与康复相结合的综合服务为方法,以辐射、引领区域特殊教育发展为使命,继续为新中国特殊教育事业发挥作用。
Special education schools are the mainstay of special education.Specialeducationschool has experienced three important stages of exploration,rapid development and intensive development. At present,the development of special education schools is facing many challenges such as the concept of school placement and inclusive education,high capital investment and less service output,increasingly complex structure of students,the change of legal person qualification and functional orientation.In the new era,the development of special education schools will aim at intensive development,to respect students’ differences and develop characteristic culture,to provide comprehensive services and to radiate and lead regional special education development.
