特殊教育师范生自主学习能力与学习适应的关系:从教意愿和年级的调节作用 被引量:3

The Relationship between Autonomous Learning Ability and Learning Adaptation of Normal University Students Majoring in Special Education:The Moderating Role of Willingness for Teaching and Grade

摘要 为探究特殊教育师范生自主学习能力与学习适应之间的关系及其影响机制,采用大学生自主学习能力测评量表和大学生学习适应量表对592名特殊教育师范生进行问卷调查。结果发现:(1)特殊教育师范生自主学习能力总体处于中等水平;(2)特殊教育师范生自主学习能力及其各维度年级差异显著;(3)特殊教育师范生自主学习能力显著正向预测学习适应;(4)从教意愿和年级在特殊教育师范生自主学习能力与学习适应之间起调节作用。据此,可以通过优化人才培养方案、重视整体能力提升、实施本科导师制、加强专业思想教育等方式提升特殊教育师范生的自主学习能力,进而促进其学习适应。 To investigate the relationship between autonomous learning ability and learning adaptation of normal university students majoring in special education and its influencing mechanism,a total of 592 normal university students majoring in special education were investigated using the Autonomous Learning Ability Scale for College Students and Learning Adaptation Scale for College Students.The results showed that:1)the autonomous learning ability of normal university students majoring in special education was at a medium level;2)the autonomous learning ability and its components were significantly different in different grades;3)the autonomous learning ability of normal university students majoring in special education significantly positively predicted learning adaptation;4)the relationship between autonomous learning ability and learning adaptation of normal university students majoring in special education was moderated by grade and willingness for teaching.Therefore,the autonomous learning ability of normal university students majoring in special education can be improved by optimizing the talent training program,paying attention to the improvement of overall ability,implementing the undergraduate tutor system,and strengthening professional ideological education,thereby promoting their learning adaptation.
