摘要
传统的PID控制方法不能完全有效解决汽包水位问题,因为它具有多变性、非线性以及强耦合等特点.因此研究了模糊神经-PID这种控制策略,将模糊神经网络的PID控制器作为给水控制系统的锅炉汽包水位调节器,可实时整定PID控制器参数,以适应控制系统的响应快速性、调节平稳性、及抗干扰能力的要求.仿真结果表明:工业锅炉汽包水位控制系统中可以采用模糊神经-PID控制策略进行优化.
The traditional PID control method can not be a fully effective solution of drum level,because it has more variability,nonlinear and strong coupling characteristics. Due to these factors,in this paper,the main discussion is about fuzzy neural PID control strategy. The Fuzzy neural PID controller is adopted as a regulator in the boiler drum's water-level control system,the para meters of PID controller can be set in real-time,so as to this controller in aspects of response rapidity,regulation stability,and anti-interference ability. The results showed that the industrial boiler water level control system can be optimized by Fuzzy neural PID control strategy.
