摘要
对电厂锅炉给水控制系统中出现的不正确的差压式水位测量取样系统、隔离器的电源接线松动和汽包水位调节品质恶化问题进行了分析,并提出了有效的改进措施。同时,提出DCS系统主蒸汽流量计算模型的改进和新的计算方法。通过汽包水位控制系统定值扰动试验及曲线可以确认,汽包水位控制较好,水位波动很小,证明了以上改进措施是非常有效的。
This paper analyzed the incorrect sampling system of differential pressure measurement in feed water control system of power plant boiler, power supply connection loosening and drum water level regulation quality deterioration, and put forward effective measures for improvement. At the same time, it put forward the improvement of main steam flow calculation model of DCS system, and the new calculation method. Though the constant disturbance test and curve for the drum water level control system, it can consider that the drum water level control is better, the fluctuation of water level is very small, it is proved that the above improvement measure is very effective.
