摘要
本文主要介绍了宁夏某火电厂1#发电机组汽包锅炉给水控制系统的控制方法、软硬件基本结构工作原理,并根据该汽包锅炉水位的动态特性选择相应控制参数,在MATLAB仿真环境中对该串级三冲量给水控制系统进行模拟。结果表明,该给水控制系统可及时克服生产过程中的内外干扰,使汽包水位在允许范围内波动,能够保障机组的安全稳定运行。
This paper mainly introduces the control method and the basic structure of hardware and software of the boiler drum water level control system, which is working in Ningxia a power plant 1# unit. According to the control of dynamic characteristic parameters of water level of the drum boiler, the three element cascade feed water control system are simulated in MATLAB simulation. The results show that the water supply control system can overcome the disturbance in the production process, making the steam drum water level fluctuations within the allowable range, to protect the unit Works in a safe and stable operation.
