多种燃气混合压力和热值智能控制

摘要 为确保钢铁生产过程中高炉煤气、焦炉煤气和转炉煤气三种燃气混合后热值和压力的稳定控制,设计了一种新型人工智能结合PSD控制方法。该方法将仿人工智能控制与单神经元PSD相结合,从而实现了对非线性多输入多输出的多变量系统的稳定控制。对某燃气混合站中上述三种混合燃气热值和压力的控制效果表明,该方法可以显著提高混合燃气压力和热值的控制精度,大大减小了混合燃气压力和热值的波动,从而降低生产能耗,满足生产节能要求。 To ensure the stable control over the mixture of blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, and converter gas, a novel control approach combining the artificial intelligence with PSD was presented. The control approach combines the human-simulating intelligent control with single neuron PSD to implement the stability control of nonlinear multi-input and multi-output systems. The control effect of the above-mentioned three kinds of gas in a gas-mixing station indicats that the intelligent control approach significantly improved the control precision of pressure and calorific value of mixed gas, remarkably reduce the fluctuation of pressure and calorific value of mixed gas, decreased energy consumption, and fulfiled the request of production and energy saving. The control approach is a superior intelligent control method for stable control over pressure and calorific value of multi-component mixed gas.
