摘要
通过文献分析及访谈的方法,提出地方高校旅游管理专业学生的专业认同测量模型由七个维度构成。对该模型进行了因子分析分析,结果表明旅游管理专业学生的专业认同测量模型包括情况专业前景、专业归属与发展、专业教学3个维度,最后提出地方高校应从提高教学水平,强化教师队伍建设;寻求教学方法的改革创新;开展专业各项活动,形成良好的学习氛围和归属感等方面提高旅游管理专业学生专业认同。
Through literature analysis and interview method, this paper proposed a Seven-dimension Professional Identity Model for tourism management in local universities. This paper verifies the model by using method of factor analysis. Result shows that this model includes professional prospects, ownership and professional development, professional teaching. Based on this result, this paper puts forward some suggestion for improving professional identity of tourism management. Such suggestion includes: enhancing the level of teaching, strengthening the construction of a team of teachers, seeking the method of reform and innovation, carrying out professional activities, forming good learning atmosphere and the sense of belonging.
