摘要
对220名免费师范生和219名非师范生进行调查,发现在排除了人口学变量和专业认同后,未来取向的未来认知和未来意志行为仍然对学习投入有显著的预测作用;预测学习投入时,未来取向比专业认同更重要,贡献了已解释方差的57.16%.可以从立志和培养健全人格两个方面提高学生的未来取向水平,进而促进学生的学习投入.
To explore the status and relationship among future orientation, specialty identity and study engagement, 220 free normal students and 219 non - normal students were investigated. The results showed that ( 1 ) excluding the demographic varia- bles and specialty identity, the study engagement could be predicted by future cognition and future will action in future orienta- tion; (2) when predicting the study engagement, 57.16% of predicted variance was attributed to future orientation. In order to improve students'future orientation and study engagement, it is better to build their ambitions and train them with perfect person- ality.
