酒店管理专业学生专业认同感现状及对策——基于洛阳理工学院的调查 被引量:2

摘要 专业认同是学生在专业学习过程中所产生的对本专业和所属行业的认可与归属感。通过对洛阳理工学院240名酒店管理专业学生的调查发现,本专业学生的专业认同水平极不理想。在专业认同的四个维度中,除了专业适切之外,专业认知、专业兴趣、专业行为等维度均值均低于理论均值之下。这种现象是社会环境、学校层次、专业发展水平、个人及家庭条件等多方面因素综合作用的结果。对此,应从专业宣传、专业特色、专业建设三个方面加强酒店管理专业学生的专业认同感,构建学生心目中良好的专业画像,最终促进酒店管理专业的可持续发展。 Professional identity is the emotional recognition and inner belonging of students in the process of professional learning.Based on a questionnaire survey of 240 undergraduates majoring in hotel management in Luoyang Institute of Technology,this paper finds that the level of professional identity of undergraduates majoring in hotel management is extremely unsatisfactory.Among the four dimensions of professional identity,except professional appropriateness,the mean values of professional cognition,professional interest and professional behavior are lower than the theoretical mean.The formation of this phenomenon is the result of a combination of social environment,school level,professional development level,personal and family conditions and other factors.In this regard,it is believed that the professional identity of the hotel management students should be strengthened from three aspects of professional publicity,professional characteristics and professional construction,and a good professional portrait in the eyes of the students should be built,and the sustainable development of the hotel management specialty should be promoted.
