摘要
目的建立全自动在线萃取流动注射分析法测定食(饮)具中烷基苯磺酸钠残留量的方法。方法取100 ml蒸馏水,按标准操作冲洗消毒食(饮)具后制成样液,采用全自动流动注射分析法,通过在线萃取、实时显色,实现对食(饮)具中烷基苯磺酸钠残留量的测定。结果烷基苯磺酸钠的浓度为0 mg/L^1.00 mg/L时,线性关系良好,回归方程为y=45.84x-0.646 3,相关系数(r)为0.999 5,检出质量浓度为0.001 4 mg/100 cm^2。在高、中、低3种添加水平下,方法的加标回收率为98.8%~101.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.25%~1.20%。结论本法操作简便、试剂用量少,具有灵敏度高、准确度和精确度好等优点,提高了实验室自动化程度,适用于开展消毒食(饮)具中烷基苯磺酸钠残留量的批量分析。
Objective To establish an automated,online extraction flow injection analysis method for determination of sodium alkybenzene sulfonate residues in disinfected tableware. Methods The disinfected tableware was drained by 100 ml distilled water according to standard operating to make the sample solution. And then the samples were detected by automatic flow injection analysis which included on-line extraction and real-time color,so as to detect the sodium alkybenzene sulfonate residues in disinfected tableware. Results When the concentration of sodium alkybenzene sulfonate residues was among 0 mg / L-1. 00 mg / L,good linearity was obtained. And the regression equation was y = 45. 84x-0. 646 3,with correlation cofficient( r)of 0. 999 5; the detected concentration was among 0. 001 4 mg /100 cm2. At high,medium and low,the 3 kinds of adding levels,the recovery rate of the method was of 98. 8%-101. 2%,and the relative standard deviation( RSD) was of 0. 25%-1. 20%. Conclusion This method is simple,with low reagent consumption,high sensitivity,excellent accuracy and precision,improving the laboratory automation,which can be used to the determination of sodium alkybenzene sulfonate residues in the large quantities of disinfected tableware.
