摘要
目的了解深圳市消毒食(饮)具洗涤剂残留状况。方法对深圳市消毒餐具厂家(41家)生产的消毒食(饮)具进行抽样,按《食(饮)具消毒卫生标准》中洗消剂残留量采样与检验法和《生活饮用水检验方法》中阴离子合成洗涤剂-亚甲蓝分光光度法进行检测。结果消毒食(饮)具41套(205份样品)中洗涤剂烷基苯磺酸钠(ABS)检测结果总合格率为87.8%,其中筷子合格率最低,仅为46.3%。结论深圳市消毒食(饮)具的洗涤剂残留合格率较低,相关问题有待进一步解决。
[Objective]To understand the detergent residue in disinfecting tableware in Shenzhen city. [Methods]The disinfecting tableware were sampled from 41 disinfecting tableware manufacturers in Shenzhen.The detection was conducted according to methods of sampling and test for detergent residue in Hygienic standard for disinfection of dinner and drinking set and blue spectrophotometry for anion synthetic detergent methylene in Standard examination methods for drinking water. [Results]Among 41 sets(205 samples) of disinfecting tableware,the total qualified rate of detection results for alkyl benzene sulfonate(ABS) was 87.8%,and the qualified rate of chopsticks was the lowest(46.3%). [Conclusion]The qualified rate of detergent residue in disinfecting tableware is low in Shenzhen city,and the related problems need to get solved soon.
