摘要
目的:为了检测消毒食(饮)具中十二烷基苯磺酸钠的残留量。方法:采用二氮杂菲比色法测定,波长为510 nm。结果:十二烷基苯磺酸钠的含量在0~50μg线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9995,本法最低检出浓度为0.025μg/cm2。相对偏差为3.0%~10.1%,回收率在94%~99.6%之间。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,是一种值得推荐的方法。
Objective:To determine (measure) accurately residues of the sodium laurglsulfonate in dinner and drinking seL Methods:The method of determination by o- phenanthroline spectrophotometry was used at 510 nm wave length. Results: There was good linear relation within sodium laurglsulfonate content range of 0 ~ 50μg, the correlation coefficient was r = 0. 9995 and the detection limit was 0. 025 μg/cm^2. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 3.0% ~ 10. 1%. The average recovery was 94% ~ 99. 6%. Conclusion :This method is simple, rapid, accurate. So it is a good method worthy of being recommended.
