摘要
目的：为了检测消毒食（饮）具中十二烷基苯磺酸钠的残留量。方法：采用二氮杂菲比色法测定,波长为510 nm。结果：十二烷基苯磺酸钠的含量在0～50μg线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9995,本法最低检出浓度为0.025μg/cm2。相对偏差为3.0%～10.1%,回收率在94%～99.6%之间。结论：本法简便、快速、准确,是一种值得推荐的方法。
Objective：To determine （measure） accurately residues of the sodium laurglsulfonate in dinner and drinking seL Methods：The method of determination by o- phenanthroline spectrophotometry was used at 510 nm wave length. Results： There was good linear relation within sodium laurglsulfonate content range of 0 ～ 50μg, the correlation coefficient was r = 0. 9995 and the detection limit was 0. 025 μg/cm^2. The relative standard deviation （RSD） was 3.0% ～ 10. 1%. The average recovery was 94% ～ 99. 6%. Conclusion ：This method is simple, rapid, accurate. So it is a good method worthy of being recommended.
