摘要
目的建立红薯粉条中阴离子洗涤剂的流动注射检测方法,并用于温岭市售红薯粉条中阴离子洗涤剂的添加使用情况,为食品安全执法提供依据。方法红薯粉条样品加蒸馏水混合均匀,置80℃水浴中提取40 min,离心过滤后,采用流动注射法测定滤液中的阴离子洗涤剂。结果阴离子洗涤剂在0 mg/L~3.00 mg/L浓度范围内呈良好线性,相关系数r为1.0000,检出限为2.6 mg/kg,相对标准偏差RSD为2.4%,加标回收率为82.0%~102.0%。共检测红薯粉条样品28份,其中13份样品检出阴离子洗涤剂,含量在11.6 mg/kg~370.2 mg/kg,检出率为46.4%。结论本方法具有简便、快速、准确等特点,可适用于红薯粉条中阴离子洗涤剂的测定。温岭市市售红薯粉条中阴离子洗涤剂的检出率较高,需加强进一步的监管。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of anionic detergents in sweet potato vermicelli by flow injection analysis,and apply it to residue analysis of anionic detergents in sweet potato vermicelli sold in Wenling City,so as to provide basis for food safety law enforcement.Methods The samples were mixed with distilled water and anionic detergents were extracted in water bath at 80℃,then centrifuged and detected by flow injection method.Results The method had good linearity in the range of 0.00 mg/L-3.00 mg/L,with correlation coefficient(r)of 1.0000.The detection limit of the method is within 2.6 mg/kg,the relative standard deviation was 2.4%,and the recovery rate was between 82.0%-102.0%.Among28 samples,anionic detergent was detected in 13 samples,with the level of 11.6 mg/kg-370.2 mg/kg.The detection rate was46.4%.Conclusion This method is simple,fast,accurate,and it is suitable for the detection of anionic detergent in sweet potato vermicelli.The detection rate of anionic detergent in sweet potato vermicelli sold in Wenling City is high,and further supervision should be strengthened.
