摘要 氨氧化作用是硝化作用的第一步,也是限速步骤,其主要驱动者是氨氧化细菌和古菌,在全球氮循环中发挥着极其的重要作用。本文主要介绍了氨氧化细菌和古菌的种类和系统发育,综述了氨氧化细菌和古菌对硝化作用的相对贡献和环境影响因子,最后提出了研究展望。 Ammonia oxidation is the first step in nitrification and the rate limiting step. The main driver are ammonia oxidizing bacteria and archaea, which play an important role in the global nitrogen cycle. This paper mainly introduced the types and the development of the ammonia oxidizing bacteria and archaea. The relative contributions of the ammonia oxidizing bacteria and archaea to nitrification and environmental impact factors were summarized. Finally, the research prospect was put forward.
