摘要
分析中国石油乌鲁木齐石化公司炼油厂40 kt/a硫磺回收装置尾气SO2超标原因,并提出解决方案。通过控制合适的燃烧炉配风比、优化尾气吸收塔操作,对尾气吸收脱硫剂进行专供专用等措施,将尾气SO2质量浓度由调整前的870 mg/m3降至150 mg/m3以下,实现尾气达标排放。
The reasons of SO2 in the flue gas from 40 kt/a sulphur recovery unit of China's oil refinery of the Urumqi Petrochemical Company over standard are analysed solutions are proposed. By controlling of combustion furnace air distribution ratio, the optimal operation of tail gas absorption tower, gas desulphurizing agent dedicated to special measures, concentrations in the flue gas has decreased from about 870 mg/m3 to 150 mg/m3, achieving the discharged flue gas SO2 concentrations of sulphur recovery unit.
