摘要
大连石化27×104t/a硫磺回收装置按三系列设置,单套公称规模为9×104t/a,单系列操作弹性为30%~100%,年开工时数为8400h。该装置处理的原料为再生酸性气和汽提酸性气。再生酸性气由溶剂再生装置、硫磺回收装置尾气处理和三催化酸性水汽提装置来的酸性气组成;汽提酸性气来自于酸性水汽提装置。装置于2008年8月5日开车成功,产出合格硫磺成品,尾气排烟中SO2排放含量在50~200mg/m3。随着运行时间的增加,开工一年后,装置SO2排放含量高达943mg/m3,即将超过环保标准(960mg/m3)。从提高硫磺回收率、增加尾气加氢效果、保证尾气吸收单元正常运行,以及提高尾气溶剂硫化氢吸收效果方面入手,总结出降低尾气排烟SO2含量的有效方法。实践证明,维持合适的燃烧炉风气比、高的转化器入口温度、适当的加氢反应氢气含量,将有效降低尾气排烟中的SO2含量。
PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical Company ′ s 27 × 104t / a sulfur recovery plant consists of three units,each of which has a nominal capacity of 9 ×104t/a.The operational flexibility of each unit is 30%-100% and annual working hours of these units are 8400 hours.The raw materials processed by the plant are regenerated sour gas and stripped sour gas.The regenerated sour gas is a mixture of the sour gas from the tail gas treatment process of the solvent regenerator and the sulfur recovery unit and the sour gas from the No.3 catalytic sour water stripping unit.The stripped sour gas comes from the sour water stripping unit.The sulfur recovery plant went into operation on August 5,2008 and the sulfur products produced by it met relevant standard.The content of SO2 in the tail gas emitted ranged from 50-200mg/m3.Along with the passage of operating time,the plant′ s SO2 emission reached as high as 943mg/m312 months after startup,which is very close to pass the environmental standard of 960mg/m3.By tapping the effect of raising sulfur recovery and enhancing tail gas hydrogenation to ensure a normal operation of the tail gas adsorption unit as well as improv ing the effect of absorbing solvent hydrogen sulfide in tail gas,this article presents an effect method for reducing the content of SO2 in tail gas.Practice has proved that maintaining a proper air-gas ratio for the combustion furnace,a high temperature at the inlet of the converter and a proper content of hydrogen for hydrogenation reaction can effectively reduce the content of SO2 in tail gas.
