摘要
介绍了四川石化公司溶剂再生装置特点。通过上游装置生产异常波动对溶剂再生及制硫系统的影响,详细分析造成异常的原因以及采取的技术改造措施。重点介绍溶剂再生装置富胺液闪蒸罐改造、改造后运行情况,以及工艺优化控制方案。通过对富液闪蒸罐温度压力、再生塔底蒸汽用量以及贫胺液外送温度进行优化,在不影响本装置工艺操作和贫胺液质量合格的前提下,富液闪蒸罐温度控制在65~75℃,闪蒸压力控制在0.030~0.160 MPa,贫胺液出装置温度控制在55±2℃。同时针对目前存在的问题提出了解决办法,为同类装置的安全平稳长周期运行提供参考。
Characteristics of solvent regenerating unit in Sinopec Sichuan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is introduced. Abnormal opera- tion reasons and adopted technical innovation measures are analyzed in detail by effect of abnormal production fluctuation of upstream device on solvent regenerating and sulphur making system. Transformation and operation of rich amine flash drum in solvent regenera- ting unit are described. Meanwhile, optimization and control project are proposed. By optimizing temperature and pressure in rich amine flash drum, steam consumption at bottom of regenerating column and deliveried poor amine temperature, temperature in rich amine flash drum was controlled between 65 ℃ and 75 ℃, pressure in rich amine flash drum was controlled between 0.030 MPa and 0. 160 MPa, temperature of poor amine leaving unit was controlled within 55 ±2 ℃, on the premise of not influencing unit technology operation and ensuring qualified poor amine. Solution for current problems are proposed, providing a reference for safe, stable and longterm operation of similar plant.
