摘要
介绍泰州东联化工对硫磺回收装置尾气回收单元进行改造的情况,由单塔吸收改造为双塔双溶剂吸收脱硫技术,COS硫脱除率在69.71%,这是降低尾气SO2的主要因素;在生常生产过程中,改造后,净化尾气总硫含量控制不大于50mg/m3,没有H2S产生,焚烧炉烟气SO2排放浓度控制不大于100mg/m3,实现本装置烟气SO2达标排放,满足环保要求(GB31570—2015);同时蒸汽单耗有一定程度的降低(31kg蒸汽/t溶剂),没有废水、废碱渣、白烟等的产生,对环境保护有积极作用,并对不足之处进行改进。
The paper introduces the revamping of the tail gas recovery unit of the sulfur plant has been finished in Tai zhou Donglian Chemical Co.,Ltd.The desulfurization technology is mainly that the single-tower absorption is transformed into double-tower absorption.After revamping,the removal rate of COS is up to 69.71%,which is the main factor of reducing SO2 emission.In the process of normal production,after revamping,the total sulfur content of the purified tail gas is not greater than 50mg/m3 and no H2S.The SO2 content of the tail gas of incinerator isn't more than 100mg/m3,which realized SO2 emission standard of sulfur plant and meet the environmental requirements(GB 31570-2015).At the same time the steam consumption shows a downward trend(31kg steam/t solvent).there is no waste generation such as waste water and alkali,and white smoke,etc.,which has a positive effect on environmental protection.At last,the weaknesses and suggestions on improvements have also been recommended.
